Haha this may sound kinda dumb, but how do I put water in my cauldron for scrying? I don't want it to rust up anymore. Is there anyway I can put water in it without it rusting? What do you all do?

You season the cauldron well, first. Then as long as you dry it thoroughly and re-season occasionally you shouldn't have a problem.
Do a search on season+cast iron and you should find the technique on how to do this yourself.
Also--I use a bowl instead for scrying. One -- you can use a dark bowl or two--you can tint the water dark if you don't have a dark bowl.

I've always thrown my cast iron cauldron in a nice hot fire, and let it sit in there until it's red, because there's alot of moisture in the air where I live and it always seems to rust some every once in a while.

It's important to use vegetable oil to keep it in good condiiton. I season mine by applying a thin layer of vegetable oil and then baking it for an hour at 350* (bake it upside down). Seasoning the cast iron with oil should prevent any rust from forming, and it makes the metal darker each time you do it. Good luck! :)

Like all the others: for cast iron, season it. Also dry it thouroughly after, don't leave the water in it for long periods of time. The fire trick is a great consecration trick, but a bit much work to do too often IMO. Afterward you spend a lot of time cleaning off the ash.
