ok I dont know where to put this so I just put it here...

everytime I walk into my room, I feel the need to pace. so I do, in a really speedy almost like I'm scared kind of thing. Then I feel nervous, like someone is looking at me in an uncomfortable way... then I get an overwhelming sense of fear, and I want to cry.... my stomach starts to hurt and I feel like I'm going to throw up, even when I dont have anything in my stomach it feels full to the max like I just stuffed myself... I feel like someone is right behind me breathing down my neck and when I turn around no one is there....

is something following me? or am I just freaking out for some other reason?

Well, it is hard to tell if you are just having a panic attack or if its something else.Does this only happen when You go into your room? Have you tried cleansing your room of negative energies? Do You ever see shadows in Your room from the corner of You eyes? Answers to these questions can help figure it out a bit more.

It's only when I enter my room... and I always see shadows around me, really dark scary ones but they've never really bugged me or anything.... and now all the sudden every time I enter my room, I feel incredibly unsafe and nervous.... like I'm being watched very closely and carefully by something... does that help?

Well, I was going to say the same thing, that it sounded like an anxiety/panic attack, from your first post; however, since it only seems to happen in one place, that seems kinda unlikely. Whether it is an actual "something" or it is in fact an emotional issue, you might benefit from doing a good old fashioned cleansing in your room. Sage smudge, burn some frankencense (spelling??), myrhh, that sort of thing. You might also benefit from a cleansing bath for yourself.

Well, usually something like that attaches itself to you and not to one place. So the question is, what is so facinating about your room that attracts it? Do you have any object that you had brought in around the same time this started happening? experiment by putting these objects outside your room and see if the feeling stops. You could be picking up weird energy from an object that has been near some bad events etc.

Also don't rule out the mundane. Look for hidden cameras. Sometimes feeling of being watched IS because you're being watched.

No offence, but you are not being followed by anything. You're worked up. thats how I feel when I have panick attacks. Your mind can do astonishing things. I used to lay in bed only at my fathers house and I was SURE that if I opened my eyes there would be a woman, burnt to a crisp just standing over me and staring at me, and then I made myself stop watching scary tv shows and movies, and I listened to soothing music before I went to sleep and my mind stopped creating this woman, and stopped geting worked up about the fear. It was at the point where I couldn't even pull my shirt over my head without panicking because I was sure that in those 2 seconds that I had my eyes closed that woman was going to sneak up on me. It was all in my head. There was no burnt woman.
