alchemia yoga

hello all! i was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of alchemia yoga, or maybe if anyone has any experiance w/ it and wouldn't mind telling me about it?

I've never heard of it. But i've started yoga recently. What is it?

Like siddha yoga? nath siddhas? rasayana? I've studied indian alchemy lately in conjunction with a yoga traditions class, but nothing specifically called alchemia yoga. And I haven't heard of it elsewhere, either. It sounds like a western name; is there a sanskrit equivalent that you know of?

i saw a very breif article about it in a natural health circular. it has something to do w/ using movement and breath to fell the energy within and without ant to move it with that breath. thats all i got. it does sound like its alot like other types of yoga, but i dont really know anything about yoga as it is. im verry interested in learning though.
