I"m having some really difficult times right now. Between being laid off, family problems, bills and what have you, I would really appreciate it if you could all send me some good vibes, and great prayers.

I'm at a point in my depression that I haven't been at in years, and I feel like I'm suffocating!!!!! So if I could get your love and support and positive thoughts it would be greatly appreciated.

Please also add in a loving prayer for my beautiful son!

Thanks for all the support. I'm actually a happy person going through some tough times, and am praying that they get better.

My son is doing well today, and I pray that he continues on, and thank you for your support and help.

I know how you feel, I've battled depression for more than half my life, 13 years already!!! I too have reached my lowest and can't seem to find a way out this time. I am going back to therapy and suggest you try the same. As I type I am about to as the Goddess and my candles, one is a positive energy candle, to light your path as well.

Someone mentioned therapy.....I need it......my depression is at the point where I can barely, barely get in and out of bed. It takes me four hours to talk myself into exercising, and this is on an empty stomach......either I dont eat, or I'll overeat......so its a huge struggle.

I haven't sat down and talked to the goddess like I used to do, in like a month. I do however thank her for the blessing that I have....right now, my son is the only thing.

That keeps me afloat if it werent for him, I'd be dead now. I'm not saying that, or any of this looking for pity or attention, I honestly dont have anyone physically here with me that I can talk to. This board is my means of support right now. By tomorrow I hope to expand that to a councelor.

Thanks for being there, its greatly needed and appreciated.

I'm sure it feels good to know that all of us are pulling for you, but I know nothing we can say can really help. Know that we're all pulling our energies together in hopes to bring you out of this "hole". I'm sure your son knows what a wonderful mother he has and all she is doing to keep him happy. I feel like I'm actually wanted, and that maybe things will get better. I've cried so much that I dont know how to cry anymore....this thing is toppeling me over, and suffocating me, but I'm hanging on.

Isis, I hope that you are finding today better than yesterday, I had a good couple of days then today collapsed back into the depression, crying I know all about that. Devastation and desperation tend to rule my life most of the time, and that's why I know I need help. It is a lonely road, but trust that all of us here are your support. Pm me if you need anything or just someone who understands to help you forget for a little while.
