For my relgions class, everyone has to lead a discussion on something. I chose Lao Tzu not only because I've studied Taoism somewhat but because Taoism is the third religion we study, after Hinduism and Buddhism respectively. This gives me some time to reasearch it well.
Anyway, I'm researching on my own, of course, but if anyone (I'm looking at you MoonDragn ;) ) has any good info/sites I can take a look at, I'd be very grateful.

As I mentioned in the other thread, this is a good site :

Keep in mind I am also new to taoism, I have only been studying it for the last 5 years or so, and am not an authority on the subject.

I know this is a bit late but...one of my favorite books on Taoism is
The Tao of Inner Peace: A Guide to Inner Peace (renamed The Tao of Inner Peace in the second edition so you can probably find it under either title not sure).
by Diane Dreher
I've only made it through about the first quarter but I'm loving it. Although it takes more of a personal guidance and seeking persepective towards Taoism as opposed to a purely research perspective. Still, very good book. :)

I used to study Taoism, but I truly haven't (for the life of me) been able to pick it back up since I set it down-
Must find the cure to this sickness......hmmm
"To realize that our knowledge is ignorance,
This is a noble insight.
To regard our ignorance as knowledge,
This is mental sickness.
Only when we are sick of our sickness
Shall we cease to be sick.
The Sage is not sick, being sick of sickness;
This is the secret of health."
Aha!!!
