annoyances of myself

i just made a total ass of myself in japanese conversation and what i dont get id how i lost everything i know in a matter of 1 week its getting rediculuous i used to be able to read all of the hiragna and now i only reconize a few im seriousely letting myself down.Now for a simple question why? why am i losing so much in such a little time its really getting to me....i just dont understand..ahhhhh...




ok now that thats off my chest does anybody or has anybody experianced something like this.

or am i just a total nuttcase that finally lost it?this really is upsetting to me.
