Very Lonely

I'm very lonely right now.
I feel so isolated & alone.
Everyone I love is so far away.
I'm crying right now.
I could use a hug & some kind words.

Most of the time I'm a happy & positive being
Forgive my darkness

Even though great things are happening in my career
this is the most depressed I've ever been...

I have such a sense of loss...

Everybody goes through dark times; no need to ask forgiveness. Unfortunately, there's no quick fix - talking to people helps; meditation helps; counseling helps; but ultimately, the only way out of the dark times is through them.

But know that my thoughts and energies go with you through this rough time.

I know your pain. In the span of a year, all of my siblings who I loved dearly, moved far away from me. It was probably one of the most heartbreaking times of my life. I missed them so much (I still do), and I felt very alone, and sad without them around.

But you carry on through the dark times regardless. Different people come into your life and fill the gaps. Sometimes it takes a long time to get through it. Realize that it is okay to feel sad, and dark.

Let yourself feel some comfort in knowing that you are feeling exactly as you should be right now.

dear heart , I feel for you as we have all been there. There is something my grandmother always told me about the darkest hour and it is in a spell or ritual that my ancestors wrote long ago. Always remember this because it is actually scientifically true . My grandmother always said, " TAKE HEART WEE ONE , EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THE DARKEST HOUR IS JUST BEFORE DAWN."
I feel a great light will come into your life and it will be so bright you will forget for a short while the darkness.

Not to sound too scientific or anything, but this time of year (winter) can be hard on many. The mere lack of sunshine does affect me sometimes. I get blue for no logical reason at all. I like to think of it as a bit of cabin fever. You need a change of scenery, but that darn ol' sun won't come out. Things will get better hon! Try to find something to distract yourself like a hobby or a good book, etc. Hang in there! :hugz:
