Definately ask!!!! I was the oldest sibling, but I never changed a diaper, and I kid you not, when my daughter was born, my little sister had to change her diaper to show me how! :lol:

make sure his pee pee is pointing down or it will leak! I REALLY wish someone would have told me that when I had my son, I swear I washed a load of just his clothes every day for a week!!

Quick and simple explination incase no one shows you:

Remove old diaper, and quickly cover penis with a cloth or wipe so you don't get peed on. :)

Wipe bum and penis etc., with wipe, or wet cloth, cover any red spots with diaper cream.

Hold both baby's lets with one hand, lift up legs and bum, and spread new diaper underneath.

Put down baby's legs, and pull diaper not under bum, around the front, between the legs.

Making sure penis is pointing downward (or you'll get leaks), tape the back side of the diaper to the front side, making sure you have a snug fit.

It's really quite easy, once you've done it once or twice.

Youll get the hang of it. lol, I wish I could be there to watch! My mom still puts the disposable diapers on backwards, shes had practice with my daughter and now my little niece...evey time though...backwards...and my hubby never changed a diaper, he would pay the girl next door 5 bucks to do it! Have fun with the little guy!

when removing old diaper always pull diaper up then back as they tend to pee when cold air hits and they are wet. watch for sprinkler affect :))

Lol, I'm 19 years old, and female, and have never changed a diaper. I don't really plan on it anytime soon, either. *grins*

Wow, I think I was 12 the first time I changed a diaper... :P I must have changed hundreds of them already and I'm not even 17! I don't remember anyone telling me how to do it...
