hey,
I have been interested in the tarot for a while, I have a deck and a few books. But one question has always been at the back of my mind, where does the information come from. I am wondering where people believe their information comes from. A higher power, the earth, elements, or fate? I was wondering if i could get some examples of where people feel that their readings information comes from. I would appriciate any information you could give me on the subject.
Thanks

Great question ~ I think we have all thought about that from day one also ~ and Im still pondering ;)

My readings come from the energies surronding me at that time ~ my guardian spirit and the querrant's energies ~ all combining as one.. Thats what I believe! :sunny: So you could say from that that yes they come from the earth, a higher power and the elements :D All combinning as one!

I agree with Silver!

I feel that it somes from the querant's energy, my Spirit Guide, and just plain old insight.

I haven't got a clue :)
well, some say that the tarot cards originate from a time when there were matriarchy in the world, and the symbols and everything in it originates from that time, long long ago... the symbols in the tarot cards are archetypes recognised by our unconcious mind, and when we read the cards we interpet and lift up the symbols and archetypes and find the answer there...
