I know there are probably various places in MW with links, but I wanted to bring ALL the pagan parenting books into one thread for easy reference :)

So here are some of the books (in random order) I either have, or have had recommended, feel free to add your own suggestions too! I linked the titles to the reviews at Amazon.com so you can read more about them just by clicking on the title - some of them are out of print - but you may be able to find second-hand copies out there, so I listed them anyway :)

I just got this one recently. I liked it a lot. It covers before the child is born & all through up the teen years. I especially enjoyed the section about the Sabbats & how to incorporate things into your routine, to gradually introduce your child into the path, if they were not already born into it. I was/is a great help to me, because J-man was not born into it. I was still very much on the Catholic path when he was born.

Thanks Lilu!! I've been looking into things like that because I when I have children, I want them to be a part of my path until they choose to start wallking their own path.

Thank you SO much, Lilu, for this list. I had heard of some of these, but not all. My older son has been to some rituals and things in the past when I was a part of a group, but now that I have been a solitary, I am always looking for things I can share with my children.
Oh, and it's nice to see you somewhere else besides Pagan Speak :)

I have 3 of the books mentioned. My 4yr.old and I enjoy the activities. I really wish I would have found them sooner, I just recently purchesed them but I am so thankful I did. Raising my daughter in the ways of the Goddess is such a reward when I see my daughter giving the Goddess praise for events in the day, while she lights her evening votive candle and lights her incense, with my supervision of course, I just feel good about how I have choose to raise my child. Brightest Blessings to you all and have a Blessed Mother's Day~*Lisa :sunny:~*
