The best Paranormal website on the entire web, in my opinion.

www.theshadowlands.net

I don't know if anyone has already posted about this site...I don't think so though. I LOVE the Ghosts and Hauntings page, the webmaster's true account of ghost experiences is very scary. But there are also sections on UFOs, Bigfoot and other mysterious animals (Sea serpents, the Chupacabra etc) Famous hauntings, the Jersey Devil, phenomena like spontaneous human combustion...everything paranormal you could ever think of, basically.

One of my favourite websites of all time. :)

Oh, I almost forgot...there's a story I submitted on there too. A haunting from a village I used to go on holiday in...Wem, in Shropshire in England. About the ghost of a little girl who haunts the village church.

I was actually about to post this up here. I adore this site. I have a major interest in cryptozoology and they have much info on the creatures people have seen. I love the fact that they go beyond the regular bigfoot and jersey devil fare and talk about frogmen and flying monsters of all sorts. I also love the ghost section and I even contributed one of my own to the site.

By the way, I just read a book called Investigating the Unexplained by Paul Roland. A good book to read for anyone interested in the kind of stuff mentioned on shadowlands.

I've been going to this site for years and have enjoyed it a lot. I've spent many sleepless nights there, scaring myself silly reading all those (supposedly) true ghost experiences from different people at the "Ghosts and Hauntings" page. Not to mention that they have information on all kinds of ghost hunting techniques and what to do and NOT do. Anything ghost-related that you could think of, really.

Some other great sites are GhostStudy.com (http://www.ghoststudy.com/), Ghosts of the Prairie (http://www.prairieghosts.com/), and Paranormal News (http://www.paranormalnews.com/).

Awesome site! I got chills when I read some of the stories, hehe. I was also suprised that one of the places that are mentioned in my state, I have been in. Creepy, but fascinating. Thanks for the great link!
