Have been Very Ill

As soon as I am able to I will begin sendng energies as I used to.I have been very ill the past couple of weeks and have finally had a bit of a break thru with it.I have been depending on my elders who have passed on to help keep me going.There is still a journey for me to become whole again so my energies are limited at the moment.I just wanted to let everyone know why .Brightest Blessings!

you know - when we send energy out we have to remember to give ourselves enuf time to "recharge" some energy back ... otherwise we become weak..now our defenses r low .. and we get sickie.
so - this time let us help you by sending you healing energy. and you need only to stay put and get well :) _cookie_
have you tried to recharge you energy field with meditation? ..
