Over at Thrice Round, I posed a question about what spreads to use...so I'm pretty well covered with that. My question here is, which deck would be more appropriate? Better still, which one of MY decks?

Decks I own:
Robin Wood
AC's Thoth
Legend: Arthurian
Halloween

I figure that the Halloween deck probably might not be the best choice ;)
So what do you guys think?

I would read with whichever deck you feel most comfortable with. For me that choice would be either your Robin Wood or the Legend deck, but if you use a different one more often, then go with that. At least until you become comfortable doing Past Life readings.

Using a new deck, spread and technique all at the same time might be too confusing! :)

I agree with using the one you feel more comfortable with. If you feel comfortable with them all, then I'd say use the Robin Wood, but that is just because it is one of my fave decks, so I'm biased ;)

as mentioend it is whatever deck you feel woudl suit the reading, but if I had to choose I would say Legend: Arthurian.

And Zhr if you are using teh same Past life spread I am using from that site that was posted at TR have fun, it actually has been making my head swim :D

and I'm just wondering, why is it that everywhere I go, a lot of people like the Robin Wood deck?!
I don't have it, so I'm just curious...seems to be very popular.

It's a fantastic deck hehehe I had seen it around for a couple of years and didn't "get it" either. I had no plans of buying it but DH bought it for my birthday. Once I really looked at the cards and how expressive and detailed they were I was completely hooked!

My impression of the cards.... They are based on Rider Waite images. For most of the cards they redrawn in a style that is 10 times more expressive which allows the meaning to come through clear. Other cards do not use the typical RW image (The Devil, Wheel of Fortune) but instead she used one that invokes the same meaning but with a different picture.
