This was brought up a couple weeks ago but I just now found the information.
All Drak.Net free sites are now completely gone. Apparently they mass mailed all the users and held certain free accounts for those who responded, but over 3000 people's emails bounced meaning their accounts were destroyed and there was no way to contact them.
