In the events of the last few weeks, our nation has seen a sharp increase in racially motivated attacks on people from middle eastern descent. Though Islam is not to blame for the attacks on America, but rather some fundamentalist radicals, their religion is being blamed. And people have been mistaking Sikhs for Muslims, as well. I thought I'd post this link for people who may have been wondering what Sikhism was, and how it differed from Islam. Btw..if you are curious about Islam, there is a link to a brief history of Islam in the History Forum.

Here is the link on sikhism. I found it kinda cool, actually.

What a great idea to post that :)
Since sikhism really hasn't much, if anything, to do with islam at all... it is really an interesting religion =) and the site you found is great. :)

Though Islam itsself is an interesting Religion :) I just thought some people might be wondering what the difference was between Sikhism, and other world religions. Glad you enjoyed it.

Thanks, I've been meaning to look into that. When I took that online test of faith, I tested as neopagan, but Sikhism was second for me. I know very little about it.
