Ghost Advice

Okay question I tend to see ghosts and communicate with most of them but right now I seem to have a lot of negative energy ghosts near me!! Like just now while I was sitting here in class one of the ones that has been following me grabbed my shoulder tightly. Now, I think this is the same thing thats been interferring with my dreams by attack me like lately I've woken up from dreams that I can't even remember and waking up with bruises and cutts that are not self conflicted cause I'd be in the same position I was when I went to sleep. My mom's also mentioned that I would mummble in my sleep and I'm not sure what to do! Can someone plz help me!?

Your post deserves a reply. I am not a specialist in these matters, and I just have some general ideas. But first, I send you some protecting, encouraging ethereal healing thoughts.

One of your options would be to perform some ritual of protection before you go to sleep. I usually use forcefieds around an area I wish to protect. I imagine a tall pyramid shape projecting upwards into the sky, and draping around the object I want to protect, such as myself.

Sometimes a spirit may have a positive message for us. I am a person who is easily distracted, so it is sometimes difficult for me to distinguish between a worthwhile signal of value, and something that is actually unimportant and simply a distraction.

I am personally looking for ideas of how to relate to a young lady who died some 8 months after I became her lover. Once a day or so, when I am alone, I imagine that we are kissing. That seems to bring some sanity to me.

i'd suggest a good cleansing of your room and house, and work on raising your protective shield as well.

Banishing ritual is good too, if you know how to do it. There are some very intense that work wonders on getting negative ghosts away. I usually work with The Morrigan (whom is my Patron Goddess), if I'm in need of kicking bad ghosts ass.
I know theres also a ceramonial magic banishing ritual, that works with Y-H-V-H. But you need to be rather experienced with it. I forget the name for it though..
