Is Dreaming in color Tarot an Oracle deck or a Tarot deck? I don't have any Oracle decks as such, but out of the decks I have, I feel that the Osho Zen Tarot can be used as an oracle more often than as a Tarot deck.. I saw the Fairy Ring oracle at a shop and quite liked it..
