Here, why don't we take a look at the rules everyone agrees to when they register -

"By clicking the Agree button, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws."

Meaning, posting links to sexually-orientated materials here is against the MW guidelines you and everyone else who registers here have agreed to. Period.

Now being as what you've posted does have some relevance to Paganism, I imagine it won't just get deleted, but I don't think it's unreasonable at all that a disclaimer be posted.
