They are made from a collage of Victorian era steel engravings of late nineteenth century figures and settings, they are black and white cards.

Oh if only there was any money to spare on these gems..... but alas I am attempting to be wise and spendthirft witch! Also my advantage most of the decks I like are new and not released yet.

Tarot of Dreams - not yet released but top on my list.
Gaian Tarot - major tarot is released and evidently costs an arm and a leg! Maybe she will one day release the whole deck and it will priced to buy.
DruidCraft - not yet released in US
Triple Goddess Tarot - local artist and tarot reader. Very beautiful art!
