Unexplained Sighing

I got home last night dog tired with my back hurting like crazy. I did up a healing circle and called on all my ancestors and healing guides to help heal my back... etc etc.

While I was lying in the circle, I heard this female sighing sound. At first, I thought it was me sighing unconsciously, so I made some small noise like a sigh. When I heard myself sighing, I realised that the pitch of my own voice and the pitch of that female voice was vastly different.

I thought I was hearing things so I just concentrated on healing my back. It happened again and again and I made a similar sighing noise but the sound didnt seem to match!

Now, I know that my ancestors and healing guides are in the room with me cos it tends to feel crowded when I do my healing circle. Several of my friends have also felt and seen a crowd of people standing around.

However, they NEVER NEVER NEVER make sounds like what I am hearing. I wonder if it could be a foreign entity? Also, last night was particularly bad as I could sense someone watching me while I was using the family computer in the hallway. And even though we are having some kinda heatwave where I live, the room turned colder for some odd reason.

Did anyone ever experience any foreign entities visiting you while you were either doing a ritual or healing or someting similar?

They have always come and gone as they pleased around me.I have had the sense of being watched before which made me feel on edge.It was a spooky type feeling and I am comfortable with spirits and such .Perhaps you sense the negativity of this enity which made you feel uneasy.
