The weather man originally said only two inches for the city but that quickly changed to four to six, is it spring yet? I'll be outside making snow goddess :p

here in california, the weather is being schizo... these past few days, it pours and pours throughout the night and early morning, and then a little during the day, and then it gets all bright and sunny again, only to get stormy and wet really fast... its driving me crazy! Makes me want to curl up in a ball and wait for summer to start in may...

ARRGGH we've been getting way too much snow in New England lately...just got a few inches a couple of days ago, then a week or two we got a good 18 inches...and now they're saying as much as 12 inches? Aw well...at least this winter's more exciting than last year's boring but ridiculously cold winter...

Well It looks Like New England, Baltimore, Philly, NJ, right up into New England..... is the path of this one, the tv weathermen are all celibrating... calling it a significant to major storm,, yeah they live for this stuff....

I will be shoveling in the rain at 7:00 tomorrow night... Can you belive that Turd had the nerve to say it was going to change to rain over my back yard after Dinnertime!..... Every Northeaster we have got this year I have been out shoveling in the rain... :( I like shoveling in the snow, it's not as heavey and the sleet isnt hitting me in the face..........

7:00 he said!!!

LOL

Let him come shovel my walk!!

Yes, MORE snow! We have a snow moon, so indeed, more snow is on the way! And, since we're all sick at my house(honeymoon postponed because of it...GRRRRR), I guess having to stay indoors for a little bit, isn't all bad. :wtf:

We are up to 32 inches out here in California, with another big storm due to hit by the weekend. There are houses going down by the minute over here. Most of them huge cliffside homes. Today they showed an entire block evacutaing their homes, the ground was slipping off the cliff at 2 inches per hour. By morning everything will gone. Streets are durning into rivers there are already 9 casualties from hillside collapse and floods. So sad. I hate to say it but I am glad for the rain despite the tragedies it is causing we really needed the rain, we havent reached our rain quota in years and all there is in the faucets is dirty water. The air was dirty the houses were dirty the streets the tree's, and the forests were so dry they needed this snow spell for a wonderful spring. I love the rain it makes me feel cozy and I want to bake cookies and cakes for everyone I know. :)

When it snows, I love to be near the fireplace...it's romantic and cozy all at the same time...when it rains, I want to play in it for some weird reason! Also, when it snows, I too, want to do alot of baking!

:fpompoms :fprtyman2 now they are saying it is not expected to change to rain so it is going to be more snow and less mix... I remember when I was a kid, we made snow ice cream, and there was no school for like 2 weeks,

LOL looks like winter is back with a fury :D

oh, I have been wanting it to snow here for months! I have kept saying, oh, I wish it would snow' to my SO for ages. On saturday night I dreamt it was snowing and I was playing in it, and I got up on sunday morning, opened the curtains.... and everything was white! It only stopped snowing today, and now SO is mad with me, because he has been having to do archaelogical excavation outside all week, and he thinks its my fault!

somehow, I hardly think little ol me can affect the weather in anyway, but its still funny! *titter*

Here in Atlantic County, south through Cape may we will have our own special storm... scince we are near the ocean we will get the 30-40mph winds that come with a snowstorm (Gale warnings are already posted) and what would any North Easter be on the Jersey Shore without Tidal Flooding :thewave:

Well, depending on how good the roads are you shouldn't have a problem... I am in Pleasantville, and I went out this morning to the store because I am not driving out after 12 noon when they say the heavy stuff is going to start.. I guess we will have to see how it is in the morning, but I dont plan on going ANYWHERES lol :alol:

It's really comming down heavy here in Atlantic County. We are earmaked for the worst of it. (South Jersey and Delaware) I have about 2 inches already but the roads are still passable. Atlantic City Declared a "Code Blue" which means the casino workers are going to get stuck in town for a day or so due to people not being able to make it in to relieve them.

I won't be surprised if we start to hear a state of emergency called within the next few hours or so..
They are already telling people not to be out on the roads unless they have to..
