The time that we take our finals has been changed this year from December and June to March. Next week, actually. If ANYONE has ANY kind of tips for meditations that I could use to calm down, release the stress and tension that I'm feeling, concentrate, gather my thoughts, and just sort of stay together... Any meditation sort of ness ness ness that you can recomend... Please tell me!
