Here is one for opening your mind up, or actually opening your ears and actually start to listening to others.
Sit comfortably, relax and take deep breaths. Looooong deep breaths. When you are completely relaxed, move your attention to your ears. Visualize your ears as the shells they actually are. Take a deep breath of fresh air, of clean and fresh prana, through your ears, and clean them with crystallight, let them get clean and clear as crystal. Listen to your breaths, your heart and let your ears get washed with the clean fresh prana for a while. When that is done, wash your head aswell, fill it with fresh clean prana, with crystal, and let all stress, worry and everything negative in there get washed out and away... Fill your head with the clean prana instead. When you are done, relax a while. Enjoy the fresh feeling you now have. Enjoy your entire head being as crystal. And then, after a while, slowly "wake up".
It is really nice to listen to some sort of music while doing this, try some dolphin or whale music!
After doing this little practise, for the next few days, you should now pay attention to listening to your surroundings through your "crystalears". Find out what people around you are talking about. Listen more than talking yourself. You will be surprised over the things you will hear. :)
