MEAD!!!! Nectar of the Gods!!

...so.....does anyone have a good recipe that I can fire up in three weeks? I want to make some mead for my group's Samhain celebration and all I know is that mead is fermented honey....HELP!!!!

Looks like I'm going to be 'importing' mead this Samhain, unfortunately, but I think I'm going to pick up some honey and yeast in a couple of weeks and maybe by Imbolc I'll have some REALLY good mead!! Thanks again for the great links!!

if you need to "import" some mead there's a company over in london ontario that makes "ancient mead honey wine" and it's quite good. i'll run a quick yahoo search later today and get back to you with a name.
