Well, let's start with the usual "big three" - your Sun, Ascendant and Moon.
Your Sun is in Gemini (only just, but it is in Gemini), and your Ascendant is in Virgo. The Sun is the "real you", but your Ascendant is the way you come across to people initially. So people may think you're quite Virgoan - analytical, organised, a bit picky, but they'll soon get to know the chatty Gemini Sun. I often like say "they get to know the Sun lurking underneath", but your Sun is *not* lurking - it's right there at the top of the chart, you were born pretty much at "high noon" (yeah, I know it *says* 13:12 and not noon, but that's because daylight saving was in effect). Not only that, but your Sun makes a trine (that's a nice 120 degree angle) to Mars - the planet of action. OK, Mars is in Libra where he tries to be "nice" instead of kicking butt, but this is still the chart of someone who knows how to express themselves.
The Moon is in Taurus; that's good - the Moon loves being in Taurus and even though she's opposite Jupiter, Jupiter is so big and bouncy and a good guy that even oppositions aren't nasty. Jupiter could pamper your Moon a little too much - so you know what you want, and you *expect* to get it!
The big issue for you is probably that Venus in Aries. Venus is about love and relationships, as well as indicating what you're passionate about. Aries doesn't really "do" relationships - it's out there being independent, so Venus in Aries is a bit unconventional. Venus is sitting opposite two really heavy dudes in your chart - Saturn and Pluto.
Saturn can be about restriction, but can also be about stability. Saturn opposite Venus can be a bit of a pain when you're younger, but can help in the long term. Pluto, though, adds drama and obsession to the mix (I have Pluto opposite Venus, too). Pluto opposite Venus is intense; and it can sometimes try to get its own way by being nice and charming - especially with that Libra flavour!

Thanks. ^_^ That actually makes a lot of sense. Puts a couple of things into perspective too. ^_^
