Who reads womens magazines, I'm looking for one to subscribe to but not sure what I would like, Obviously I'm too old for Seventeen, maybe Glamour, Red Book hmm. Got any suggestions for a 25 yr old mom interested in health, fitness and learnng some on fashion, hair, makeup etc. I'll have to look up a good website that lists them and a possible description.

Cosmopolitan is good. So is Vogue. I'd say those are the two magazines I enjoy reading the most. Seventeen, I wouldn't so lean so much on. It was good, when I was 17. But I find Cosmo and Vogue to be more interesting. Hope that helps :)

I like Organic Style myself as an overall women's magazine for my lifestyle.

I do check out different magainzes for specific things when needed be it cooking, gardening, hairstyles or clothing styles.

Glamour is good....it's the one that I read the most....tends to be a bit high in fashion for me, though. Cosmo is considered to be the woman's "bible" so maybe that'd be good for you?

I actually like Woman's Day. It is inexpensive, and has so many good tips for around the home, fashion, health, and recipes. As a mother of 2 and being past my teen years, I guess I just like it, for all that it offers. When I think of Cosmo, and Glamor, I think of them as just fashion mags. I like mags that offer a lot more. :)

Oh yeah and for a good free recipe magazine, go to kraftfoods.com and order thiers, it don't cost a thing, and they customize it to suit your needs. :)

I adore Real Simple. It's got a website of the same name. Has health, beauty, home, family, food, fashion, etc. tips, but strays from the "fashion mag" stereotype. :)

Yes, the Kraft Foods magazine is great, and they also send coupons and a free calendar every year :D

I really like this one:

Glamour has been a favorite of mine since my early 20's and I also really like Marie
Claire. I tried Vogue for a while but it bored me to tears. Nice fashion pictures though.
Let's see what else...ummm...oh yeah InStyle is really cool too. :)

I have two subscriptions. One is Real Simple. It offers real, practical solutions to everyday life. It has everything - beauty, home, fashion, family, etc. - but it's down to earth and practical. I highly recommend this magazine. I also subscribe to Lucky, a purely fashion magazine (not much on beauty or anything else, just fashion). I buy InStyle every month and occasionally, O (Oprah's) as well.

I prefer Marie Claire to the rest of them. I find Cosmo to be more like a trashy teen mag for the grown up.

I love reading magazines. I'm a 26 year old woman. My favorite magazine is yoga journal. If you want health and fashion, I recommend Self. Also, I like to read the gossip magazine, In Touch.

I read a lot of my magazines free at the library. I do subscribe to a number though. I got a few magazines very, very cheap from looking on http://www.magazinepricesearch.com/ I've had no problems on this site except for once. Once I ordered my mom a magazine in April, and she didn't receive her first issue until August. lol.

As a 28 yr old mom of an 11 yr old and 2 yr old, I sometimes read Cosmo. But to tell you the truth, those kinda magazines aren't my style. The ones I read mostly are Alternative Press (a music zine), Rolling Stone and other music type magazines. I also plan on getting a subscription really soon to SageWoman.

Yes they do have some really good deals, thanks. On the place that has the mags for the lowest deal it does say it takes 8-18 weeks to get the magazine. I'm sure thats what happened to your moms mag.

Of all the sites I've checked out this one has the best prices and no run around to other distributors and do ship at the next months publication. www.mags4cheap.com Their shipping is free.

Here is a link to a great Natural Health Mag I found. Sounds good and only $9.49.

My suggestion is Real Simple. Great magazine in my opinion. In fact it's the only one I subscribe to.
