This is completed all except for putting a clear coat on it. I am very pleased. :)

Rolling hills, mountains and small farms make up the backdrop of this statuesque mountain fortress.

Oh my goodness!!! You certainly finished that quickly. It is absolutely lovely. The colors are stunning! Do you have plans for it yet?

Thanks all!

DC, I am not sure about quickly. After I clear coat it, I will have just over 25 hours in it. I guess I just got to the point where I wanted to see it finished, so I kept on it, LOL.

Plans? Yep. Going to try to sell it. :) I say try cause it may be difficult. 25x5 (which is low) is 125, and supplies (the wood, color etc) would push it uo to about 150. And, I think my husband is right, I shouldn't sell myself short. I an just not sure it will sell for 175-200. I suppose, I can only try it and see. It is a huge piece (21x25 inches). And if I throw in shipping it may help. Only time will tell.

I know one thing, I thoroughly enjoyed making this. I know I will be doing more. I have already been harping at my husband to help me make more framed pieces of wood. And he will, because he saw this, and now wants me to do a mill with a water wheel in some woods with a mountain backdrop. hehe.:)
