Another Pisces (me too - mine was 15 March) :)
The chart says "02:15CET" which is Central European Time - this isn't an error, the UK observed all-year-round daylight saving time (summertime) in 1970 as an experiment. It was referred to as "British Standard Time", and was the same as CET in the winter.
Well, the big three are Pisces Sun, Sagittarius Ascendant and Gemini Moon. Now, Pisces can be very shy and retiring, but a nice fiery Ascendant helps to overcome that - it also means that Jupiter will be a significant planet in his chart, because Jupiter rules both Sag *and* Pisces. The chatty Gemini Moon overcomes Pisces' shyness too - so we'll look at Jupiter in a minute. The other significant planet for any Piscean is Neptune - which is right on the Ascendant. This can be a mixed blessing, especially in a Pisces chart: Neptune on the Ascendant can be disorganised, vague and unreliable, but can also be psychic, sensitive and intuitive - especially in connection with the Moon, and that Neptune/Moon opposition is absolutely EXACT! (Only one *minute* in difference). He's likely to attract unusual people - or be an unusual person that people are attracted to - he could be a guru!
Now, let's look at that Jupiter - Jupiter and Venus are the "good guys" of astrology traditionally, and Saturn and Mars are the "bad guys". Mars and Saturn are teamed up together in Taurus - not a good placement for Mars (he's in "detriment" in Taurus). Mars is a warrior, and Taurus can be stubborn - so this is someone who will absolutely stand his ground. The very close opposition between Jupiter and Saturn can be quite good - on the one hand, it means being pulled between over-the-top enthusiasm (Jupiter) and restriction and caution (Saturn), but that Saturn can provide a good balance. Both Pisces and Sag tend to over-extend themselves, so a bit of Saturnian balance can be a good thing! The Jupiter makes a trine to Juno and Mercury, so this is someone with an optimistic (maybe overly optimistic) view of relationships, and someone who can communicate or teach.
Look at the MC (Midheaven) - Uranus is sitting on it. This can suggest several things - a career in something Uranian (computing, astrology, TV), or someone who's seen as a mould-breaker, a revolutionary. The Uranus is opposite a close Venus/Chiron conjunction too. Venus conjunct Chiron is not always a happy combination - Venus, who wants to be pampered and likes the fine things in life, feels wounded. She's also in Aries, which is a bit too independent for her liking. The Uranus suggests disruption, so he may feel that relationships are always disruptive - that the dream of settling down with Mr. or Ms. Right simply isn't on the cards; that his experience of relationships has been one of disruption, and this is part of the pattern. Now, that's not necessarily a bad thing - the conventional image of a relationship as something monogamous and long-lasting is a bit of a mirage anyway, and if he can engage in alternative relationships with the people involved maintaining their own independence too, then this is a healthy thing. That Neptune squaring his Juno may give him an unrealistically romantic view of relationships that reality doesn't match, though - that's the area to be wary of. Uranus can be a rollercoaster ride - and it's best to simply enjoy the exhiliaration of a rollercoaster ride rather than being scared by it.

Well, on the face of it the synastry isn't too bad. The Suns are opposite which can be a mixed blessing - Pisces is a bit chaotic, and Virgo can be overly critical, but they're both mutable signs and can work together.
Next we'd look at person A's Mars versus B's Venus, and vice versa. Her Venus is in Virgo, an earth sign, so is his Mars (in Taurus). His Venus is in Aries, a fire sign, her Mars is in Leo, a fire sign.
So far, so good. However, her Saturn is on his Sun/Venus combination. He may see her as responsible, or restricting. Her Mercury is on his Uranus - this could indicate exciting discussion, or explosive rows!
Emotionally, the two Moons are in difficult aspect. His Moon is in chatty Gemini that doesn't want complications. Hers is in deep and rather sombre Scorpio - this sign is about "few words, but chosen carefully". This is a difficult one - he may want to talk about how he feels without going too deep, she'll be quiet and pensive and not instantly responsive to his needs.

All of them!
Seriously, automatically disqualifying vast chunks of the population based on Sun signs would be madness. Synastry depends on things like Mars/Venus contacts, not just "Pisces get on well with X" type stuff, but as we've seen with his chart and his ex's chart, even that doesn't guarantee anything.
