and it's WHITE! i didn't even know that. it looks pristine as a virgin bride. i want to take pictures of it and tell my extended family.

it had to be done. today was the deadline. i decided i am not "nasty toilet, food in the sink, clothes on the floor" girl. i'm just "clothes on the floor girl".

score one for me. lol. sorry totally useless thread.

Oh God it's been *so* long since I've cleaned. 8O I try to make time... I just really hate cleaning the bathroom.

sometimes it is the little things that mean the most....keep up the great work...I was not picking on you....I would never do that.

lol, we clean ours every few months, right before my grandma visits... so, if you didn't know it was white, what color did you think it was?

:clapping: Yay!!!

Now you have inspired me to clean mine. Tomorrow. Right after that root canal I have been putting off.

We have extremely hard water - I know exactly why you couldnt tell the toilet was white lol!

The only way I have found to reduce the chore is to keep cleaner right in the bathroom and squirt some in and give the toilet a quick swish every other day. It really takes only a minute and keeps it from getting so disgusting you want to wear a blindfold into the bathroom. lol

it has been a rust color since way before i moved in. i've only ever seen it rusty, my sink was like that too. i didn't know it would just scrub off.

Good for you! I get a real sense of accomplishment when dirty things get cleaned, but then I'm kind of a neat freak. However, I will procrastinate with the dusting as I absolutely hate it, which is really bad when you consider than both my husband and I are allergic to dust.

Keep a container of those clorox wipes in the bathroom cabinet and do quick cleanups every couple days - that way you can extend the big cleaning longer. :)

i've just been driving to my parent's house to go to the bathroom. sometimes my neighbors let me in.

I dont mind dusting since i bought an incredibly fluffy huge ostrich feather duster. You have to clean it every two monthes or so to keep the static cling in it to pick up the dust, but after that it picks up like nobody's business and looks nice haging on my herb rack.

 Rock on!

Our basement one is like that. No matter how hard I scrub it, the rust WILL NOT come out, so I just gave up on even trying.
