Learning tarot again.

So, as i keep saying lately, ive had a looong break from tarot reading, and i mean like over a year's break, and i need a refresher course....

I was wondering (if i missed it) if anyone has a thread going about learning the basics again, like a refresher course type thing.... And if not, if anyone would be interested in doing this with me. :)

I swear I'm not stalkin' ya! :lol: I had no idea it had been a year for you, wow, that's quite the break! :foh:

Something that may help is reviewing the Tarot Class Amethyst Rose just finished up in the CoT area of the forums. I took it, graduated and it helped me a good deal. Might not can participate, but some of the lessons and assignments turned in may help. Failing that you can always IM me (have almost every messenger thing available; screen names are in my profile here) and we can chat it up about the tarot, particular cards and their meanings, interesting spreads, so forth and so on. :smile:

I'll take a lot at what Amethyst Rose did :) i'm sure, that'll refresh my memory and get me going again.

There's a really in-depth tarot course at www.WitchSchool.com. Used to be free, but I'm not sure if they've changed that or not. Anyhow, I recommend them. The book for the course is HUGE--I have a hard copy of it. You have to buy the book if you want it, but the stuff is also all online if you don't mind reading it that way.

I'm also in a small but dedicated YahooGroup called Tarot Trade. Every week, we exchange a reading with one other person in the group, assigned by the moderators. It works out very well, and it's really great practice. Here's the link: Tarot Trade Group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/TarotTrade/)
