I am a Taurus who is in a relationship with a Scorpio. Our relationship always feels like love-hate. We have nothing in common, and can drive each other crazy, then other times feel wildly in love and like we just have to be together. Is it possible for long term happiness in a relationship between opposite signs?

Yup - you just have to work at it sometimes. But Taurus-Scorpio can work - I'm a Scorpio, and I've been with a Taurus (WandererInGray) for more than three years now.

My parents are a Taurus/Scorpio combination and they've been married for thirty years!
(Of course, my Mom (the Scorpio) has her Moon and Ascendant in Taurus, conjunct to my Father's sun, and they both have their Mars and Venus sextile the other's. That helps a lot)

Taurus/Scorpio relationships require a lot of give and take in general. Your personalities are on opposite ends of the spectrum... they clash, but they also balance each other out. They're are probably other aspects in your charts that are on more equal ground and work easier for you.

Is there someplace where I can learn more about the other aspects?
I am glad to hear there are some success stories out there.
I have read many intro astrology books, and they all have such conflicting opinions on Taurus Scorpio matches. Some say they are very good and powerful, others say avoid at all costs!

Aspects related specifically to romance or aspects in general?
For the latter, try www.astro.com/astrology/in_aspect_e.htm
For romantic, try http://www.astrology-numerology.com/synastryaspects.html
The thing with aspects in romantic chart readings is you want to focus primarily on the Sun through Mars (the personal planets). Any outer planet aspects the chart will be common if the people being compared are near the same age.
