OK, well let's start by looking at your "Big Three" - Sun, Moon and Ascendant.
Your Sun is Virgo, Moon is Leo - but there's some doubt about your Ascendant. If you really were born at 16:30, then you're Capricorn rising. If you were born 50 seconds earlier than that, though, you'd be Sagittarius rising.
So how do you come across to people? Because that's your Ascendant. Do you come across as serious and hardworking (Capricorn), or fun loving and a bit reckless (Sag)? At a party, are you the gadfly flitting around telling jokes and being a bit over the top, or are you the one handing out business cards?
If you're Capricorn rising (birth time 16:29 onwards), then Saturn is your chart ruler. You come over as sensible, hardworking and serious, and that fits in with your Virgo Sun who is practical, hardworking and something of a perfectionist.
If you're Sagittarius rising (birth time before 16:29) then Jupiter is your chart ruler. You come across as optimistic and maybe even a bit reckless or over-the-top, but you're actually very practical and sensible underneath!
The fact that you asked if you were "allowed" to have a chart reading does suggest to me that you are Capricorn rising. Sag rising would have jumped in both feet first and asked for a reading for yourself, your friends, and that nice guy you met at the airport yesterday!
That Leo Moon does give you a lighter touch, and a bit mystical too with that trine to Neptune. You've got a whole bunch of planets in Virgo and Libra - Mercury in Virgo (nice - Mercury rules Virgo!) conjunct Pluto makes you a confident communicator, and Venus in Libra (she rules Libra) on the MC could give a "Venusian" career. This could be something artistic, or something essentially feminine.
You've got Neptune square Mars and opposite Juno/Saturn, which could give you an unrealistically idealised view of relationships, and a lot of anger when they don't work out as planned and the rose-coloured glasses fall off.
Jupiter square your Moon together with Saturn in a difficult aspect can mean that you put yourself down too much and don't recognise your considerable talents. Don't sell yourself short!
