Please forgive me if this is long, I feel I should tell all background before asking for advice!
My husband started working for a resteraunt when he was 16. He's 24 and is still at the same resteraunt, now as Assistant Manager. Although he runs the store, there is no "Manager" just the assistant. Of which they've strung him along long enough to believe he will eventualyl get the store as his own.
He has a new "Area Manager" who is out to do no good. He's fired all of the managers except my husband and hired his family in place of them. (His Daughter, Son, and Best friend are the new managers) and is training his Best friend to do the job my husband was supposed to be promoted for.
The other day I was sitting in a booth, eating my lunch and waiting for my husband to get off work, when I overheard the Area Manager and his best friend talking about how soon enough they would have a whole new staff and no one would be left *Gasp*
Ok, dramatic i know! My husband has started looking for another job, although with the job market as is, I worry that this will be a tough time, and as he is the breadwinner in our house, and I only work 15-20 hours a week, we need his income to pay our mortgage!!
I would like to do some sort of protection and well wishing spell for my husband, kind of to protect him from losing his job until he gets a new one, and one to wish him well in finding a new one quickly!!
I know it's not right to do anything against one person, and it's taking all that i have in me not to wish ill thoughts on this boss of my husband!!! So please, please help point me in the right direction!! I know I need to write my own spell, I'm not looking for someone to just give me one! But perhaps advice on how to go about writing this!
