What tea is goiod for relaxation?

For relaxation I personally like Chamomile. There are several brands you can buy at any grocery store and even Wal-Mart. You can also make your own. My brother often gathers his own herbs and uses a new stocking as a bag. I am not brave/knowledgable enough to try that yet. i am eager to learn more about them so I can make my own.
Disclaimer: as a nurse it is my sworn duty to warn you all that herbs can be dangerous if you don't know the proper values and how to use them. It bothers me to hear someone say it wont hurt me, it's all natural. Well natural things kill as well. In fact you could give yourself a lethal dose of over the counter vitamins. Vit A is a bad one, as well as potassium, which can cause major rhythm disturbances in the heart.
That said maybe some of our more knowlegable green members can enlighten us all.

I really like chamomile. It is relaxing. I usually have a cup of it after work. Even better with a little bit if cream in it.

WhenI was a kid I took a 6 cup thermos to school full of tea with mixed fruit. After doing it for years, about the age of 16 I started having stomach problems. It was all the caffine. I switched to tea with milk, which helped a little but I didn't feel good till I went de-caffinated. At first it was like drinking hot water with milk it was so weak but I got used to it. I admitt I was addicted to tea so every once in a while I went back to the strong stuff but soon would get sick again. Then I got into herbal teas. You have to understand this is in the 70's. I graduated high school in '75. I started drinking 'Red Zinger' which was fruity enough for my taste buds and didn't upset my stomach. Then I started playing with other herbal teas and after awile I started mixing my own. Now I buy herbs and oils (bergamot is my favorite) to flavor my decaffinated teas and herbal tea.
Anyone else out there with a tea addiction? :) I would love to get some new recipes. I'm working on a small collection of them for tea drinkers who like to make teas from basics. I want to add places to buy herbs and teas and what can be grown in your backyard or on your window ledge.

For relaxation, try Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer. They also have a decaf green tea, the Mandarin Orchard is delicious.
Also, Tea Time on the Web at http://www.tea-time.com/ has an awesome herbal called Enchanted Garden, which has lemon grass and rose hips along with a whole lot of other good stuff!
