I was watching Lifetime Television Network last night. There was a movie on about a young girl who was dying of a rare form of lung cancer. Towards the end of the movie, she's put in touch with the "Make a Wish Foundation". It's a true story...and the girls' last wish was to tour Washington DC...especially the white house, specifically, the oval office. And she wanted to meet the president (the president in office at the time, was Bill Clinton)....now..I expected them to use some stand in, or only show him from the back. But low and behold...Bill Clinton really DID make an appearance in the movie, much to the young girls delight. As I said, it's a true story....and it was very touching. He told the young girl that he'd had many foreighn diplomats, movie stars, sports stars, even Royalty come to visit him in the oval office. but...out of all those people, he was MOST honored to have HER visit him. I cried..it was really sweet.

With all of Bill Clintons personal problems....and despite his less than appropriate behavior in his personal sex life, I Miss the Guy. He seemed sincere about a lot of things. I'm not bashing Bush...i think he's doing a good job right now in all of this...but...I miss the Sincerity of Bill Clinton. Sounds odd to say, after the whole Monica Lewinsky thing....but..to me..Bill was just a regular Guy, doing a not so regular Job. He may have been a pig in some respects..but he seemed far more down to Earth than our current president. Just thought I'd share that:)

I liked Bill too. The whole Monica Lewinski thing should've never been blown up to wht it was.......trying to impeach him.

I'm sorry but when my husband cheated on me...he wasn't fired from his job.

So the ex.prez got a little bj from a coworker. SO WHAT.............he is a man.

Exactly he's an average guy :D

Bush is a bit too "good ol' boy" for me. But he's the pres now so I won't bash him because of the current circumstances

Same here. I didn't vote for him. I don't like him. But I will stand behind n\him in the decisions he's made and will make since the 11th of Sept

I can't say that I agree with Bush or his policies but I no longer feel the need to bash him constantly since the incident on Sept. 11.

I did, however, like Bill Clinton and the whole "BJ in the Oval Office" crap was unnecessary and boring. He's a guy. He got a blowjob. Big deal. He was the president and it didn't affect his job at all.

Anyway, there's my two cents.

I feel the same way. I don't think Bush will ever be my "favorite" president in History....but..I don't want to bash him either. I just miss Bill. :)
