View Full Version : Ritual or spell for cutting ties?

I'm not sure if "cutting ties" is really what I'm meaning, but let me explain and hopefully someone can give me a few ideas.

I just quit my job today. I've been there a year and things were just getting too stressful and wearing me down. I was very unhappy.

Anyway, I quit my job, no notice or anything, which I understand isn't the right way of going about it but I've just finally had enough and when I'd tell my boss about the issues I had, she'd always say "i'll do something about it" and never did. So, I just quit. Wrote a letter of resignation, turned in my keys and walked out.

I feel so much better now, but all day today i've had various people from work calling my cell phone and then one lady left me a message on my home phone basically telling me how wrong I was and was being very nasty. I've had more calls since then on my cell phone from "restricted" numbers. I never answer my cell if I don't recognize a number anyway so I've ignored the calls.

What i'm wanting to do is some kind of ritual or spell that would get them to back off. It's obvious I was unhappy there, i've told them numerous times I was, and I don't appreciate the harassment i've been getting today. I'd like it to stop.

My initial thought was doing a binding, but i've never really done one before. I have done spellwork and rituals over the years but never bindings. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on a type of binding I should consider or should I go another route all together?

You could do a seven day candle. This one you could burn seven days before the new moon.

Cut notches in the candle so that it has seven segments. Charge the candle with your intent to cut ties, and then tie a piece of string around the candle, at about the middle. Each day you burn a segment visualizing all of that negativity leaving your realm. When the candle burns through the string, the ties will be cut. Then you just finish burning the rest of the candle to seal the spell.

Thanks, Dio. I'll give it a try. I appreciate the response!
