This is a wonderful meditation, do try it! You'll need a blue stone, a lapis lazuli works great, it need to be rather flat so that you can place it on your third eye and it shouldn't be too small.

Lie down, place the stone on your third eye. Close your two other eyes. Slow your breathing down, let go, relax, and feel your body resting on the ground. Feel it growing heavy.

Visualize the stone in your third eye. See it. Let it melt in and become one with your head. Fill your head with it's blue energy, breathe dark blue, feel dark blue, relax.
Allow this to take some time. If you like let the blue light fill your entire body. Feel yourself travelling in space, stars around you, dark blue around you....

Take deep breaths all this time, deep down below your belly button. Make sure you are completely relaxed, pay special attention to your shoulders and your face, let your chin "fall down".

Now visualize the entire planet in your third eye. For a long time hold this image in your head, focus on the blue green planet in your third eye, deep breaths all the time. If you are used to meditating you can probably try to hold this image for seven minutes or so, if you are new at this, try holding it for as long as you can, and when you loose the image, just gently bring it back again, don't forget to take deep breaths and let every other thought go away for a while, there is no thought that can't wait until after this meditation is done.

Now it is time to grow a root to the earth, feel a root growing out of your back, out from your caudal vertebra. Feel the earth underneath you.

Allow yourself to become the earth, your feet, your legs, all the way up to your head, you are one with the earth.
You are the earth, the blue pearl is glowing in your third eye.

Relax for a while, and when you feel you are done, wake up slowly, stretch your body out like a cat, sit up and sing a three aoum's to make your aura vibrate for ever and ever. :)

Good luck!
