I luuuuv dragons! Well.... I love all the fae and most magical creatures too. The reason I think I have Summerblood in me is because my eyes have little flecks of gold in them when you see them up close and in good light. Since I'm Scandinavian I fancifully believe that we must of had an Elven descendant in out family tree. Which, by the way, is profusely dotted with magick using individuals.

--I am 1/2 Slavic and German. I am closer to my Russian side though.
--I am unbaptized (which is one of the aspects of the Rusalki)
--I am a female, with long hair (other aspects of the Rusalki)
--I had a near drowning when I was little (many Rusalka came to be from drownings and they haunt the waters)

They're not as popular as Mermaids, because Rusalki seen as unclean spirits (unbaptized), ghosts that lure men to their death and haunt places. They have a darker aura it seems. Well it sort of depends on which Slavic area/culture.
