We have a few people that have signed up but haven't replied to the first lesson assignment.

I have a few questions:

1. How comfortable are you all with this type of healing method as an introductory?

2. Would you want to practice it more frequently and have subsequent advance lessons?

3. Are you ready for lesson two? :)
Please let me know!

Have a wonderful week everyone!

1. I am a very visual person, so the images really helped. I liked it a lot. It's comfortable, and with practice it can only get better!

2. I think it's always good to learn as much as possible about one subject before moving onto anything else, even something related.

3. Yes!

1. How comfortable are you all with this type of healing method as an introductory?
Imagery is certainly not my strong point LOL But I enjoyed it as far as I was able to go with it :)

2. Would you want to practice it more frequently and have subsequent advance lessons?
I will certainly keep practicing it and, as far as advanced lessons go, if the majority vote yes, then I shall participate.

3. Are you ready for lesson two? :)
Oh yes :)

1. How comfortable are you all with this type of healing method as an introductory?
I think it's a great introduction. I think that maybe working on some intro to visualization might help those that have never done it before.

2. Would you want to practice it more frequently and have subsequent advance lessons?
sure...

3. Are you ready for lesson two? yep :-)

(Personally, I didn't really know how to respond? Other then to say it went fine, so I did not reply to the lesson.)

1. How comfortable are you all with this type of healing method as an introductory?
I was very comfortable with the lesson. Although I am not as interested in this form of healing.
2. Would you want to practice it more frequently and have subsequent advance lessons?
I will keep practicing with what I have been given. If others want to go more advanced I will go along.

3. Are you ready for lesson two?
Yes!

I am not very good at the visualization, but I keep practicing. I have been reading up on the link that you provided me, and it has helped. I am comfortable with the lesson so far, and if everyone is ready to move forward I will be also.

1. I'm very comfortable with imagery healing. It's kinda easy for me, cause I've "lived inside my head" for most of my life. hehehe *clears throat & looks around for the men in white coats* :2G:

2. Hmmm. Maybe after a few more lessons, we could do advanced imagery, but I'm kinda ready to move on.

3. I am quite ready for lesson 2. :nonono:

1. I think this lesson was a good introduction to healing since you don't have to use anything but your mind. I'm usually very good at visualization since I've always been a day dreamer. I'll have to post my experiences with the lesson in the next couple of hours. I'm doing everything in spurts today cause of my little sickie.

2. I wouldn't mind doing more advanced lessons with imagery healing later.

3. I'm pretty comfortable with this type so I'm ready to move on.

1. How comfortable are you all with this type of healing method as an introductory?
I thought it was an excellent starting point. To be able to put a visual to the healing process. To be able to see what we are doing with the energy.

2. Would you want to practice it more frequently and have subsequent advance lessons?
I like this type of healing.I feel that the imagination is vast and we can therefore only limit it and not it us. Visualation skills are also good for other medation work.
3. Are you ready for lesson two?

please

AHHHHHHHH PANIC MODE!

I will hand in my assignment tomorrow I promise......oh god ....flashback to school..........I seriously haven't had 15 mins to myself since I got the assignment, but I will tonight. Dont forget I'm in Australia, so we have different times. It's 3:30 pm here on Tuesday, I'll have it in the morning tomorrow to post.

I pretty much agree with what everyone else said. I was comfortable with it, though I agree with Melantha and think that maybe we can come back to some advanced imagery after we sample some other healing methods. I am ready for lesson two.

1. I am very comfortable with it. It is a very easy and fast way to heal.

2. I practice with it all the time, though I'm not too sure how much advanced lessons would help.

3. Why certainly! :)

1. Comfortable. I'm not used to the idea of visualizing the inside of the body, as the one healer described does. That might get a little odd.... but the basic concept is fine.

2. Yes!

3. Close enough... lol

It's okay! I am going to be posting the second lesson at the END of this week. I have written mol to see what I can do about Kalika's lesson plans. I have created a lesson on herbs that was used from her old material and I can post it and answer questions etc...

I just wanted to see what mol thought first. If I cannot, then, I will post on MASSAGE next!

My favorite :)

1. How comfortable are you all with this type of healing method as an introductory?

It was simple, which I think is always a mark of a good introduction, but also informative. I can't think of any way better to start off a healing class. There are no extraneous materials needed, and everyone can visualize to some degree.

2. Would you want to practice it more frequently and have subsequent advance lessons?

Absolutely. I'm very curious about using it in conjunction with other methods, visualization by both healer and patient, and other visualizing techniques (things other than light shapes, such as the use of colour in both physical and imaginative visualzation)

3. Are you ready for lesson two?

Absolutely.

1.) I've always been good with vizualizations, and this is a really comfy and easy way to heal something, for me anywayz. I've actually been doing this since I was little... something my mother told me to do when I had a cramp or a headache, to imagine the muscle in a knot, slowly coming undone, and relaxing, or a fist coming open again. by the time I was done my headache or cramp had left.
2.) Yes, praciticing it often would be great, and having more advanced sessions in this would be wonderful.
3.) Yep, bring on Lesson Two!

I was very comfortable with the introduction. I have actually used it before with reiki instead of visualizing the symbols I would concentract on sending energy into the muscles. I send colored energy like purple, white, and gold. It all depends on what needs to be done. Sometimes I just pull out the grey and black which to me is negative energy or blockages. I don't know if anyone else does it though.
