name this statue!......please

ok someone gave me this little wooden statue bout
1/3 of a foot high and it looks like a buddhist statue
but i could be anything realy it looks like one of those
happy fat good luck ones but hes standing up with his
arm streached up hands to the sky

if any of you could tell me or even give me a hint to what
this is or for that would be great
