I'm posting this in hopes that other can share with me their success regarding spells and rituals involving weight loss, motivation/energy to exercise, appitite control, etc. Please post anything you feel may fit into these catagories. I know many other on here who look forward to the posts given in response to this one....

I have used visualization and meditative states very successfully in the past.
I like to use a meditative state just prior to going to sleep so that my sub-conscience will take over the "work" when I drift off. I invisioned my body looking like I wanted it to and chanted in my mind... "Burn the fat, Build the Muscle." It sure worked for me!
When I get home from work I will try to remember to post a picture.

Moonstone is quite powerful when comes to weight loss. Find a ring or a pendant, cleanse&charge it and wear it for most of the time. If it's followed by exercise and reasonable diet - effects will be noticeable very soon! :D

I enjoy fun exercise. Walking on the beach. Belly dancing. Weight lifting (yeah, I enjoy it). I don't tend to stick with what I really don't like amd I'm picky.
Same with food. Plenty of healthy food in many of the ethnic dishes (more tasty & full of veggies & fruits too). Just pick and choose the best ones for you.

OK. The promised pics.
~edit~ I now have a working scanner and can show you the "before" picture. ~end edit~
I can tell you that I did what was needed "in this realm" to loose the weight (weight lifting, aerobics, and high protein/low carb diet) as well as the work I did in the "spiritual realm." I have described the mental excercises I used nightly.
I started out at a 48" waist, 310 pounds, and 42% body fat. I ended up at a 34" waist, 210 pounds and 18% body fat, in just under a year. I started this "program" at the age of 43. Completed it at age of 44, and then went on a maintenance program for my excercise and diet. This picture is now two years old, taken when I was 44 years old...

I know someone who used a sachet that was a combination spell/aromatherapy sachet. It was empowered for success and it contained a lot of citrus peels and oils. Whenever she got the urge to eat unhealthy snacksshe would smell it feel empowered and have a craving for oranges instead of cake.

I personally never done any spells or rituals that will promote weight lost... But since the discussion of MOONSTONE is brought up.... Here are some more stones that you can use or incorporate in your spell:
Blue Peruvian opal, green tourmaline, heulandite, picasso marble (jasper), rose quartz, sulphur, unakite (ideal weight) .
The Crystal/Stone fourm has information on where to get the stones:

Found this on the internet:
Spell for Physical Body Change
Requires: Small piece of paper, Quartz crystal, Some string
Procedure: Take the small piece of paper and write your name on it. Draw on it what body or body part you want changed and what you want it to look like. The picture could show the entire body or just the part.
Now hold the paper in your hands and imagine the body/part changing from what it looks like now to what you want it to look like.
Then fold it up any way you like and tie it to the crystal. Then once more visualize the body part changing.
Put it away and every evening until the body is changed take it out and visualize it changing again.
When the change is done tear the paper up and scatter it to the wind.
This spell is very good for changing aspects you don't like. It took a few days to see results so don't expect an over nighter

is moonstone expensive?
:bigblue: Not in my country, so I think in the US it will be also quite affordable :)

I bought a huge moonstone pendant about the size of a plum for about 20$ US. It didn't come with a chain, but it was set in real silver. Try some of those silver/gemstone vendors they have in the malls, they usually have cheap stone pendants.

Was that for me?
If so... is that a bad or good thing?
I want to add a few thoughts and hope I don't upset anyone, but feel like they must be voiced...
Yes, Magick can HELP transform your body.
No, it's not going to work if you don't also put in the work in the "normal" realm.

If you - perhaps - overeat and you consider it a bad habit... You could try a spell in an attempt to help get rid of it, or replace it w/ a good/better one.
Perhaps you could make a spell that will help you to stay inspired and determined to exercise - as some people don't always enjoy it.
Perhaps you could try to meditate upon weight-loss every day/frequently to help you stay determined and inspired as well.
Just a few suggestions - I suppose...that if you really wanted spells that OTHERS have made, if you can't think of how to go about making your own, I could send ones I've found...
I wouldn't recommend using another's spells - but...you could tweak them to serve your purpose better. But, I'm sure you know that...

Holy crap, Viseux! O_O Amazing pictures, congrats on it!
My brother has a fatal, incureable disease, and he is also a body builder. He is currently the most achieved for someone with his disease and we are all very proud of him. :) He gives me advice, though my pack doesn't really care; they don't ignore the fact that I've been struggling with my weight since I was six years old. Most of this came from being spoiled as the puppy.
I asked my patron goddess for help and she made me look beautiful; everyone started to notice I was losing weight and I looked healthier. The weird thing is that I got on a scale and still weighed what I use to, I just look radically different, which makes zero sense! lol I now ask my deities for health instead of beaty. ^^ I can't afford a gym membership and I don't go outside at all (there are about two rapes here every month in my neighborhood and my friend was robbed at gunpoint last week). It's a terrible neighborhood, especially for a teenaged girl like me to try and go jogging all alone in.

I've used that when I needed to bulk up a bit last year (I gained about 30 pounds in two months with minimal fat gain). This can also be used for fatloss. I'd also look into image magic.
