I wanted to say hello and introduce myself to everyone...I am a new ecclectic Wiccan. I just got myself a teacher and will probably join her coven eventually. I look forward to talking with you all very soon.

Agreed! I had to teach myself....it's been a long slow road, but I'm forming a "study group coven" with a couple friends, old and new. I'm having a blast already! :D

Ahh I'm jealous :( ! Anyway, good luck with your study group! And just to don't loose hope, how long did you have to teach yourself before getting this group?

well I was learning on my own, so I thought, and you know the ole saying, "when you are ready the teacher will appear" I think im gonna be meeting him/her soon, Ive been open to alot lately and with everything that has happened,,,,,,,

The teacher that I found recently I found by getting involved in local pagan get-togethers and asking around. Then, we met and had some coffee and she agreed to take me as a student. She just so happens to be a HP of a coven. Before I can join the coven, the whole coven has to agree to it...

I AM lucky.......

Yeah, my place to live is also very pagan-rare. There is only one other person in my town I know is Wicca...maybe we should build a two-members-coven
