Just venting

OK First off feel free to ignor this post, I just need to vent here!:scream:


Anyway Thursday we had a meeting at work, and we found out that everyone is getting a 10 to 20 % pay cut! for the last month they have been telling us that nothing was worng, that everything was ok yadda yadda yadda..... Then they drop this on us... No hint what so ever, and to make matters worse the told us AFTER the fact. Evidently it went into effect on the 1st.
ARRRGHHH. I am now making less then I was when I started here almost 2 years ago.....:ack:

I realize that the pay cut was unexpected and really hurts. But only you can improve your situation. If the place keeps taking and never can give you anything, TIME TO MOVE ON....
