Just an interesting thought

as I sat in the cafeteria at work. Looking out over the ocean, I could see the colors that the sun made in the clouds..I noticed how beautiful it was.......then I wondered, was anyone else looking at the same sunset, and wondering the same thing?

The sun is unseen from my place... it's all cloudy... not that that's a bad thing... I rather love clouds... but i like sunsets too... though, i don't knwo which is better... swirling cloudy storms or warn beautiful sunsets...

actually, I was refering to the pastel colors that the sun made in the clouds...the purples and the blues and reds it was nice :)

i was looking out my bedroom window at the North Atlantic.... and the amazing clarity of the fall sunset.... the variety of colour and subtlety of shade. Maybe it's because the air in the fall is cooler... but focus and distance seem sharper and more essential.

There was also a wild atumnal wind that had called forth the "white horses on the bay" which is what people here call whitecap waves. I think it is part of the Celtic heritage here.. the association of the waves with horses.. and Epona.. the horse Goddess of the sea. bb talamh

I was out too. I was playing softball & while we were driving down to the field, I noticed the sun was setting. The other night (thursday). I was driving my son home from his kung fu class, there's a spot where you can look out over a little valley, with all the hills. It's a wonderful spot to watch sunsets. My son was looking out & said, mom those colors are beautiful. and listed a bunch. It's my favorite spot in the county, i think. :D
