um...what is a magickal name, and how do you choose one? one of my friends is Wiccan, and she has one, and her friends all have them, but I am totally lost on this. Please help someone!

Well it's a name you use, usually during ritual... you can either come up with one on your own, or you can do meditation and ask the God or Goddess to give you a name. It's kinda complicated and simple at the same time. Some people have a craft name that all their fellow pagans/wiccans know and use, AND a magickal name that is between them and the gods alone. Actually I'm not explaining this very well...In this section of Mystic Wicks, there's a thread called Witch Names that might help you figure it all out. :D

thank you so much....I read that thread and I don't think I want one. People around here seem so helpful...as compared to other message boards I've been at, Pagan or not. Everyone was always fighting....it was a mess. I just realized that from what I've posted so far, I probaby seem like I have NO sense of humor...but I do I promise!!
