well... I don't know about orbs... but you can see energy move through a candle flame, call the wind and see it's energy flow through the trees, and everything around you... but somehow I don't think that's what you meant.

Um, I've heard accounts of people actually seeing energy when somebody manipulates it, but I've never personally seen it. To me, energy manipulation is more of a sense of touch than sense of sight.

you can make visible psi-balls, but it takes a bit of practice.. there are styles of glammor magick that make people see things that are not there, but it could be argued that it isnt a visible lump of energy but a way to manipluate the mind from the inside.. i think it depends how it is done really.

but a simple answer to that question is yes. :)
