So, I've been playing with my chakra's nightly lately. Just stroking them and such. To keep in practice, for when I can grab a victim -- er, friendly person who'll allow me to play with their chakra's.

Tonight, I was combing out my heart chakra, trying to see the color and shape (my newest thing. ;) ) and *boom* I was back in a random memory. It brought up a lot of "issues" and things I've been dealing with.

I know this is normal, or so I've heard. It's the first time for me. Rather mystifying, really. ;P My question is how to get rid of it, to release it... "Deal with it"? I thought I had dealt with it. I dunno. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I tried to clean it, pull it out. It worked a little, but not very much.

If you've tried to clean it and it hasn't worked then it is something much deeper than that. It will require a physical mundane solution. When things are brought to the surface like that then they are just getting your attention. The problem is not just with you per se. You have an issue with an outside force. Would this problem benefit from counceling or approaching the other part of the issue? Are you working with a healer or is this something you are doing all on your own?

It's not really an outside force, and I am the one workign with my chakra's. Learn as I go, so to speak. It's just some hurt feelings that I thought I'd put behind me (acknowledged and moved on, and such.)

Maybe I'm just not dealing with these things in the correct way. :S I dunno how else to do it, though. And a correction on last night. The feelings I felt towards that particular memory seems to not be very intense. I can sit it and think of it and not be bothered. There's still a twing there but... Maybe I did do something right. ;D Still needs work though.

I'm sorry. I just reread what I wrote after reading your post and realised I didn't make the term "outside force" very clear. What I mean by that is the root of the emotional injury. For example an extreme issue for someone would be a sexual relationship after being sexually mistreated. This type of thing will be imbedded in the mind/chakras, but will take much more than just a clearing to get rid of it. Do you understand what I mean there?

unfortunatelly there isnt an easy way out

everything that comes up, has to be resolved.
worked out

of course you can use colours and stones, and herbs and plants and EOs etc, but they all will help not do your work for you.

this is basically one of the big problems when "playing" with chakras. you can easily tear them too wide open, and after that put a lot work on your shoulders

Well, it wouldn't be a valuable thing to learn if there wasn't a lot of work involved.

Yeah, I do. I figured as much. My own problem, I guess, is that I think I have dealt with it but parts of it are still there. Maybe I'm not dealing with these things "correctly", so to speak.

maybe i wasnt precise enough.

too much work as in: work you would have had anyway, but less at the time

its like with bread, ok ?

imagine, you cut a small part and eat that. it is fine
now imagine someone gives you a huge chunk. it means you will either have difficulties eating it up, or feel like stuffocate on the bread, or eat a lot longer

of course the good point is you realize that your working things out so far did not really do the trick.
