For years I have spent honoring the day as your birthday, looking for the announcement in the newspaper, put there by Chad or your parents. Finally, yesterday, I didn't look. I know it was there. Thinking about you doesn't change anything. I see the field at school. Yesterday they were actually playing a game. The field is named for you and I wonder if all those boys know it's your field and it's your birthday. They have started this idiotic WV baseball team called "the power." They have lost their first 12 games. :crazylaug I wonder, if you would still be here. I wonder if you would be on that team.
Everytime I drive past the place where you died, I still think about you and I don't know why. But when it happened, there was one less person in the world who was nice to me and it was a time when there weren't many. That's all I know.
