I am the type to drift in and out from time to time, but I will honor your request and introduce myself. I am Melissa. I live mostly in Louisiana and Colorado but am apt to be anywhere at any given time. I write alot about the way I see the world so I would guess that seing the world through my eyes would be the best way to understand me, so here you go, a few lines from within me....
Acceptance
With knowledge comes acceptance,
Of things that cannot be.
The difference isn't where you look,
It's in the way you see.
I've accepted well enough,
That creation don't go wrong.
And the things that make me different,
Have been destined all along.
I've accepted what I found in me,
Deep within my core.
I found that I was meant to know,
To see it all before.
And yet I have no answers,
To why I have to see.
Into the shadows of the dark,
The gift given to me.
