Help me on a banner

Hey how would u go about designing a banner for the site like AuroraSilvermist did. I got one in mind but need to know how to put one together and summit it to Mol to put on site.

Well, to start with you'll need a program like PS7 or PSP8 to create the art and graphics. Then you'll need to know a little about photo manipulation. I'm not sure what else I can tell you. If you need any other help, please let me know :)
